The Carlisle 609651 stainless steel standard marmite includes an inset, a water pan, a slotted cover, and a fuel holder and is suitable in a buffet for holding soup, a sauce, or another food and keeping it warm during service. The marmite is made of 18-8 stainless steel for resistance to heat and corrosion. A pair of handles allows the marmite to be lifted and carried. The cover has a handle for lifting and a slot for a ladle or serving spoon. The fuel holder accepts a can of chafing fuel (sold separately) to keep the food warm.
