Hammond Type-12 junction box is made of mild steel with ANSI 61 gray recoatable powder coating over pretreated surfaces to provide durability. It is ideally used as instrument enclosures, electric, hydraulic/pneumatic control housings, electrical junction boxes/terminal wiring enclosures. Junction box comes with a inner panel that is made of 14-gauge steel with white powder coating for durability and corrosion resistance. It measures 8 Inch x 4 Inch x 9.500 Inch. It has smooth, continuously welded seams without knockouts, cutouts or holes to offer abrasion resistance. Junction box has welded brackets to offer enclosure mounting. It has hinged cover that is secured with stainless steel clamps and plated steel screws. Junction box has seamless poured-in place gasket to prevent leakage. It comes with internal threaded weld studs to offer convenient mounting. Junction box offers superior protection against falling dirt, dust, oil and water. Junction box is UL listed, CSA certified and RoHS compliant.
