First night I received it decided to up date the software via Sena website and the unit froze and was useless, contacted Sena support took them 3 days to reply, by which time I managed to get the unit going again using some online forums etc, this was really annoying. The radio feature isn't great alot of static noise and the voice activation function isnt great either. The sound quality is good and battery life is decent and it connects to bluetooth easily. The basic functions which I use are fine and get the job done. allenfazer
